我叫Shan，是马来西亚无蹼深度自由潜的国家纪录保持者，同时也是一名自由潜教练和水肺潜水长。我最初通过水肺潜水接触到深海运动，但后来发现自由潜水更加富有挑战性和趣味性，于是决定深入学习并考取了自由潜教练资格。今年4月，我毅然辞去工作，飞往埃及，正式开启了我的竞技自由潜运动员生涯。
