DRT SHOW Malaysia 2025 Concludes with Record-Breaking Success

The Malaysia International Diving & Resort Travel Expo (DRT SHOW Malaysia 2025), one of Asia’s most influential diving expos, successfully concluded on February 22–24 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Over the course of three days, the show welcomed a record-breaking 28,155 visitors, representing an 11% increase from the previous edition and drawing diving enthusiasts and professionals from across the globe. The exhibition floor was buzzing with energy as leading international diving equipment manufacturers, resorts, liveaboard operators, professional training agencies, and marine conservation organizations gathered to showcase their latest innovations and resources. The New Product Showcase attracted enormous attention, with dive computers, advanced regulators, and underwater photography accessories generating strong interest and business opportunities, positioning DRT SHOW as the premier platform for brands to expand into the Asian market. A highlight of the event was the Mission Blue Award Ceremony, which honored Reef Check Malaysia, Shark Savers Malaysia, Save Our Seahorses Malaysia, Diveheart Malaysia, Perhentian Marine Research Station, Sea Turtle Research Unit, and Bubble Turtle Conservation for their outstanding contributions to marine conservation and sustainable diving. The presence of Puan Yeo Moi Eim, Deputy Director General of the Department of Fisheries Malaysia, added both authority and significance to the ceremony. The resounding success of DRT SHOW Malaysia 2025 not only reinforced Malaysia’s pivotal role in Asia’s dive tourism landscape but also underscored DRT SHOW’s strong influence as the leading platform for diving industry and tourism integration in the region.
